Elle Decor Exhibition Stand Design Indaba 2010

 

Brief:

"We were asked by Elle decor to create a stand at the Design Indaba to form part of their new issue called Revamp. The concept is about making the most of what you have. We wanted to incorporate any materials they had lying around into the stand design.

 

Their poster inspired the idea for the floor covering, which was to create a pattern out of them. The back wall will be covered in wallpaper to add some texture .

 

Our couch is made out of sand bags and the tables are created from round cardboard tubes.

The lockers on the left will be re-sprayed in a funky canary yellow to suite Elle decor vinyl on the back wall "
